Ukrainian female leaders recognised by the EIT Community

The EIT Community has firmly supported Ukraine since the first days of the Russian invasion, and now, during the EIT Jumpstarter Grand Final, we have hit another milestone.

In Athens, we recognised nine amazing female leaders from Ukraine, all of whom received the Red Kalyna Award. We support them because they are the engine of Ukraine’s economy today. We put them in the spotlight because we believe that the innovations and the companies these women provide their nation with will increase the competitiveness of the Ukrainian economy. They will make a positive difference in the lives of their fellow citizens.

Through all the joint initiatives and programmes, Ukraine also gets a step closer to integration into the European Union.
