The programme is funded by the European Union and powered by the EIT Community. It is targeted at the EIT Jumpstarter Alumni 2017 – 2023: founders and start-ups from countries mentioned in the Terms and Conditions Section 2 Eligibility criteria where the overall pace of innovation is moderate or modest. EIT Post-Jumpstarter is free of charge and does not require equity shares.
The 2024 Post-Jumpstarter cohort will offer only seven seats to enable quality and focused peer-to-peer learning. The most promising teams will be awarded access to the pitching competition in front of potential investors and clients during the EIT Jumpstarter Grand Final.

The ideal participants for the EIT Post-Jumpstarter programme are scientists, researchers, innovators, and entrepreneurs with validated ideas and a strong scientific background but lacking advanced business skills or experience securing investments or clients.
What kind of start-ups can apply?
The Post-Jumpstarter cohort is for start-ups participating in one of the EIT Jumpstarter editions in any thematic area.

Phase 3: Upgrade visibility
Phase 4: Preparation for the Grand Final
Phase 5: Grand Final
The Post-Jumpstarter cohort is for participants who took part in one of the previous editions of the EIT Jumpstarter and have incorporated a company as a result of that process.
