This workshop is part of the Seeds of Bravery and HICEE initiatives

Seeds of Bravery – Seeds of Bravery is a EUR 20 million project funded by the European Union under the European Innovation Council (EIC) to support Ukrainian tech startups bringing them closer to the EU.

HICEE – Healthy Investment Central Eastern Europe (HICEE) – project aims to narrow the investment gap. Spearheaded by EIT Health, Europe’s leading network of healthcare innovators, and a part of the European Institute of Innovation and Technology (EIT), a body of the European Union.  The initiative recognises the specific challenges faced by health and life science start-ups in Central and Eastern Europe.

The workshop will be delivered in collaboration with INOSANO SRL – a consulting company specialised in acceleration services and ecosystem development, Fresh Blood – a non-governmental organisation supporting health innovation.

Piotr Boulange

EIT Jumpstarter Project Lead – a start-up expert with over 20 years of experience in acceleration services, former Director of Founder Institute Warsaw. He has worked for and advised both corporate businesses and start-ups.

Project Coordinator at EIT Health Innostars – an expert in project management, marketing, and ecosystem building. She specializes in supporting Eastern European innovators on their path to growth and success.


Ion-Gheorghe Petrovai

Ion-Gheorghe Petrovai 

Co-Founder and Director of Innovation at FreshBlood HealthTech and CEO of Insano SRL – a doctor, marketer, trainer, and community builder. Ion has extensive and relevant healthcare innovation and business development experience. He has been working with the EIT Community in Central, Eastern and Southern Europe for the last 5 years. Ion-Gheorghe helps start-ups minimize/avoid classic mistakes in building their start-up. 


Mircea Vădan

Co-founder and Board Member at FreshBlood HealthTech – Mircea is involved in several organisations and projects and related to the start-up ecosystem. He’s actively contributing to FreshBlood, Activize, Transylvania Angels Network, Spherik Accelerator and ROStartup.
