Supplier sought to help organise Jumpstarter final online

EIT Health InnoStars is seeking proposals for assistance in organising an online event: the EIT Jumpstarter Grand Final, the culmination of our award-winning pitch competition taking place on 25 November 2020.

EIT Jumpstarter is a pre-accelerator programme led by EIT Health and involving other EIT Knowledge and Innovation Communities (KICs) with the goal of boosting innovation and entrepreneurship in Central-Eastern and Southern Europe. Innovators are coached by world-leading experts to help turn their ideas into businesses. Through a training and pitch contest process, participants build and validate viable business models around their ideas for products or services.

EIT Jumpstarter Grand Final is the last phase of the competition, a pitching contest open to the wider public, where 36 teams (six each from the healthcare, raw materials, food, energy, urban mobility and manufacturing categories) pitch their start-up ideas to the expert jury. The winners will win cash awards, as well as access to Europe’s largest network of innovators and interested investors.

InnoStars is seeking a supplier who can provide:

• the infrastructure for a sophisticated online event, including breakout rooms and the ability to handle at least 100 participants;
• a physical studio where on-camera events take place;
• communications assistance for the event;
• other related services.
