Programme Overview

The EIT Jumpstarter Youth programme provides a structured, hands-on approach to entrepreneurship education. Designed for high schools, it equips students with EU-approved educational tools, expert guidance, and practical experience in developing their first start-up model. By integrating this modern framework into your curriculum, your school can foster entrepreneurial thinking and prepare students for the challenges of innovation.

Who Can Apply

The EIT Jumpstarter Youth programme is open to all public and private high schools across selected countries. If your school is committed to fostering innovation and entrepreneurship, this programme provides structured support, educational resources, and expert mentoring.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Public and private high schools in eligible states (see list below).
  • Schools looking to integrate entrepreneurship education into their curriculum.
  • Institutions seeking EU-approved resources and expert mentoring.
  • Educators eager to provide students with a hands-on experience in business innovation.

Eligible Countries

EU Member States: Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Estonia, Greece, Spain, Italy, Cyprus, Latvia, Lithuania, Hungary, Malta, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Slovakia

Horizon Europe Associated Countries: Montenegro, North Macedonia, Serbia, Türkiye, Ukraine

Outermost Regions: Guadeloupe, French Guiana, Réunion, Martinique, Mayotte and Saint-Martin (France), the Azores and Madeira (Portugal), and the Canary Islands (Spain)

Additional regions: Moldova, Albania, and *Kosovo (*this designation is without prejudice to positions on status and is in line with UNSCR 1244/1999 and the ICJ opinion on the Kosovo Declaration of Independence).
